THE NUMBERS DIDN’T LIE
Amit’s 120-seat floor in Indiranagar lives in the middle of Bangalore’s tech churn. Members are WeWork-trained. They expect a slack channel, a working calendar, an espresso machine that does not run out at 4pm. The supply side of the business is being judged by SaaS standards.
The operator was running on Excel and goodwill. Renewals were chased on WhatsApp the day they lapsed. He did not have a member problem. He had an instrumentation problem. You cannot fix what you cannot see.
Filling the pipeline and keeping people past month four require completely different machinery. We built both, separated cleanly.

Built in 22 days. Custom dashboard, member CRM, room booking with capacity logic, churn scoring model trained on 18 months of his old Excel exports, Razorpay integration for renewals, WhatsApp Business API for nudges. Replaced six tools and a whiteboard. The hardest part was the data import. The most useful part was the at-risk list.
