Amit’s 120-seat floor in Indiranagar sits in the middle of Bangalore’s tech churn. His members are WeWork-trained. They expect a working calendar, a Slack channel, an espresso machine that does not run dry at 4pm.
He was running it on Excel and goodwill, chasing renewals on WhatsApp the day they lapsed. It was never a member problem. He just could not see what was happening until it had already happened.
Filling the floor and keeping people past month four need different machinery. We built both, kept them separate.

Built in 22 days. A custom dashboard, member CRM, room booking with capacity logic, a churn model trained on 18 months of his old Excel exports, Razorpay for renewals, WhatsApp for nudges. It replaced six tools and a whiteboard. The at-risk list is the part he opens first.
