A possibility study. We built this concept end to end as a working prototype, inspired by the real operational bottleneck of a dog boarding facility. The same system can be commissioned, customized, and shipped to your business in 10 days.

TWO HOURS A DAY ON YOUR PHONE
She loved the dogs. She did not love being a customer service rep.
Pooja runs a premium 20-dog facility in Chattarpur. Pet parents pay top of market for the care. They are anxious, and they should be: their dog is their child. Every drop-off triggered six to twelve WhatsApp messages over the day. “Is she eating? Did she nap? Can I see her?”
Pooja sent photos. Then videos. Then she lost two hours a day to it. The customer service was eating the business. We did not change how much parents wanted to check in. We changed what they had to send a message to do it.

Built in 19 days. Live camera streaming via Twilio Video, real-time activity tracker with WebSockets, phone-number OTP auth, dog and owner profile system, booking calendar with capacity logic, Razorpay for deposits, addon ordering, and automated daily summary emails. Replaced the WhatsApp chaos with a portal that respects how much parents actually love their dogs.
