Eight WhatsApp groups for one project.
We built this as a working prototype, inspired by the real bottleneck of a boutique interior design studio. If this sounds like your business, we can build and ship your version in about 14 days.
Sound like your business? Interior designers. Architects. Any project-based service business juggling clients on WhatsApp. The pattern is the same.

THE PRACTICE
Ananya runs Studio Noor with one project manager and a rotating bench of trusted contractors. Six homes at any time, each with forty material decisions, three vendor cycles, and one nervous homeowner.
The portal turns the nerves into a quiet feed. Every morning the site supervisor posts a photo, a status, and what is next. The client opens the app instead of texting Ananya.

Oak veneer
Cream linen
Brass detailing
THE PROBLEM
Mood boards on Pinterest. Floor plans on Drive. Material photos on WhatsApp. Invoices as screenshots. One project, scattered across six apps.
“Clients ask ‘what is the status?’ and Ananya has to scroll through 40 chats to find the answer.”
THE SOLUTION
01 / 04
A living timeline of the whole project. Which phase you are in, what is done, what is next. Updated by the site supervisor every day over WhatsApp.
02 / 04
Every day, the portal shows what happened. Site photos, material arrivals, decisions made. No more 11pm status calls.
03 / 04
Real-time budget tracking by category, with a payment schedule and automatic reminders. No more compiling receipts into a spreadsheet.
04 / 04
Floor plans, renders, invoices, material selections. All stored, organised, and one tap away. Not buried in WhatsApp.
