Four locations. Four POS systems. No single view.
We built this as a working prototype, inspired by the real bottleneck of a regional QSR chain. If this sounds like your business, we can build and ship your version in about 12 days.
Sound like your business? QSR chains. Multi-location restaurants. Any food brand running on gut feel and a POS dump. The pattern is the same.
If this sounds like your business, let's build yours →
THE OWNER
Faisal opened the first Zaatar Republic above a tailor in Sharjah in 2019. Slow-roasted lamb, bread pressed in-house, toum whipped twice a day. People queued. He opened a second branch. Then two more.
Four locations. A thousand orders a day. Three managers to call and a WhatsApp group that never stops. Every inventory decision made by gut. So we built him the dashboard.
Without unit economics, Faisal is flying blind. He knows the monthly profit. He cannot tell you which dish earns and which dish bleeds.
Actual Margin: 11.8%
Actual Margin: 50%
THE SOLUTION
POS systems, delivery platforms, and supplier invoices feed into one place. No manual entry.
Demand patterns, waste, margins, pricing gaps. Updated every hour.
How much chicken to order. What to promote. When to run an offer. Faisal decides on data, not a guess.
